SENIOR SALES Ha Noi/ Ho Chi Minh/ Phu Quoc


1/ Package:
  • Salary: 2025

2/ Location: Ha Noi/ Ho Chi Minh

3/ MISSIONS:
  • Progressing towards activity targets and KPIs set by the Area Sales Manager
  • Working towards monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the Area Sales Manager
  • Developing and building good relationships with existing customers and new customers
  • Visiting customers and figuring out the opportunities of our products, and take tactical actions to achieve sales performance
  • Gaining clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
  • Accurately recording all client information and research in our CRM software
  • Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
  • Advising customers on new products and special promotions
  • Attending team meetings and sharing the best practice with colleagues
  • Participating in team training sessions led by Area Sales Manager
  • Followup closely with accounts receivables to ensure targeted bill collection
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

4/ REQUIREMENTS:
  • University degree in business/marketing
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a F&B company as a sales role
  • Good communication, presentation, and selling skills.
  • Good commercial sense and business acumen
  • Good communication in both English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written)
  • Personality: Self-motivated and organized individual with a positive can-do attitude
  • Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds
  • Aggressive, well-organized and customer focused
