JOB DESCRIPTION 

 

Position: South Sales Manager 

Report to: CEO 

Working Place: HCMC 

 

JOB SUMMARY: 

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven South Sales Manager to lead the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives to achieve business objectives. 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Achieve sales growth plan and improve the sales productivities  

  • Achieves the Region's revenue and profitability quotas for Nissin products as they are sold into all customer segments within Region  

  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.  

  • Develop new business opportunities and establish corporate accounts by effectively communicating 

  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. 

  • Responsibility for all aspects of Sales Operations, including systems, tools, programs and processes to improve business performance. 

  • Develop and execute strategy for achieving annual sales goal by territory, distribution channel and key accounts, including issuing ranking reports. 

  • Development and management of rep portal, training and communication 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Business Degree strongly preferred   

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in GT, MT or sales required  

  • FMCG experience a plus  

  • Excellent communication skills  

  • Computer proficient (Word, POWERPOINT and Excel)  

  • Key Skills: Influencing, Leadership, Teamwork, Account Management, Planning & execution , Problem Solving/Analytical thinking, Relationship building (internal and external, & Knowledge of the business
