Key responsibilities:
  • Shopper Marketing: 
  • Drive shopper marketing strategies (compelling shopper insights, critical touchpoints along O2O shopper path to purchase) and translate insights for channel growth.
  • Shopper Loyalty & Engagement: 
  • Support Loyalty activities including shopper segmentation & CRM system
  • Sourcing innovative gift libraries to diversify loyalty program offerings
  • Retail innovation: 
  • Lead & implement retail innovation projects in partnership with modern trade retailers.
  • Fostering Data-Driven Marketing Initiatives and Partnership with Omni retailers
  • Shopper Insights & Analysis: 
  • Develop dashboards & automated analytic system 
  • Develop a deep understanding of shopper and channel trends. 
  • Co-lead channel audits, I love shoppers, and other shopper-centric workshops.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (brand, category strategic planning, key account) and vendors to execute thematic shopper marketing campaigns. 
  • Co-lead JBP with Customer Managers for shopper solutions
  • Other tasks assigned by line managers Key requirements:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role in FMCG, retail, or a related industry.
    • Experience with front-end/field teams is a plus.
    • Understanding of shopper insights and data analysis.
    • Extensive knowledge and experience with field teams is an advantage.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result driven.
    • Good project management and communication skills.
