RESPONSIBILITY
● In charge of business development/sales quota
● Develop short, medium and long-term business plans, strategies and solutions within the assigned functions.
● Work with BOM to define goals of the sales department
● Manage KPIs, plans and resources of the department
● Enhance the client lifecycle for clients, covering prospecting,
pitching, closing, relationship building, and account growth.
● Arrange & assign tasks for team members
● Proactively suggest improvements to develop human resources, improve productivity in the department as well as throughout the company.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
● At least 5 years of experience working in the field of Sales, Marketing and 3 year at management level
● Have a "Can do" attitude
● Excellent presentation, business email writing and negotiation skills
● Confident in English communication and networking skills including face to face meeting, video conference, social media and email
● Excellent people/team management skills
● Experience with IT outsourcing is an advantage
