I. COMPANY & ROLE’S INTRODUCTION:
The Advisor, Employee Service role, plays a crucial role in developing a scalable, sustainable, and effective Recruitment Service Delivery for the business. We seek an employee who is eager to actively engage in building a high-performing department that values collaboration, quality, and enjoyment in daily work life.
HR Operations includes work across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs including:
- Personnel records maintenance - labor contract, job history, retirement, leave records, transfers, and salary progression, etc
- Service desk - contact point for employees about HR related questions
- HR employment - prepare HR employment related paperwork according to the defined template, incl. offer/contract/promotion/job change/salary change etc.
- With occasional supervision, tasks are assigned with some explanation
- More independently solving medium tasks with low level of support
II. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
In general, it will be 70% HRIS (personnel records maintenance, internal management statistical reports such as employee turnover, rewards program, etc...), while 30% remaining of scope belongs to HR employment/Recruitment (Search, screen, schedule, contract renewals ...).
1/ HR Employment Issues:
- Hiring and termination processes and labor law issues, contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control/process of retirement, etc.)
- May be accountable for selecting and managing HR outsourcing vendors
- End of end hire to retire: includes to work across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs. Including not no limited to hiring administration, personnel records management, benefits and Time & attendance
2/ Personnel Records Maintenance:
Such as job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.)
3/ Statistical Reporting to Internal Management
Such as employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.)
4/ Rewards Program Implementation and Administration
Such as compensation administration, employee benefits administration, etc.)
III. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in any major (but in Human Resources is a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role, prefer MNCs (manufacturing company, particularly in mass hiring of blue-collar workers, employee services, master data, or related HR fields is an advantage)
- Familiar with Workday
- High fluent English (comfortably working with foreigners)
- High proficient in Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience in supporting APAC recruitment process or SAP are preferred
- Hard-working, strong communication (especially in Vietnamese), service mindset
- Responsible, service-minded, outgoing, and quick to learn.
- Ability to work independently.
- Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured, thorough, and detail-oriented in work.
- Continuous improvement mindset.

- The working location in 2024 will be primarily in District 1, HCMC office, but also including some ad-hoc tasks in VSIP3, Binh Duong with company shuttle bus provided. In 2025, the working location will be fixed in VSIP Tan Uyen, Binh Duong
