1. Job description
- Manage and responsible for overseeing the daily operations all activities of the store chains
- Making sure all company stores run smoothly and effectively .
- Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- - Manage income, costs, gross profit and ensure operations achieve sales target.
- Manage people, store operations and environment to achieve sales, service, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals
- Developing business strategies, Implement the oriented marketing programs and sales activities.
- Propose the sales plan to increase sales.
- Work with related partner to build an effective management system for sale activities and to maintain target customers.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

3. Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience with the same position in retail home appliances
- Proven successful experience as a retail Store chain Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
- In-depth knowledge of retail store chain development
- Experience in planning promotions.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Superior management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
