COMPANY SUMMARY:

 

Our client is a young and upcoming gourmet distributor servicing 5-star hotels, restaurants and bakeries.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Managing customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Increasing the sales of our current customers
  • Finding and contacting potential clients to establish new partnerships and prospection
  • Developing quotations and contract proposals for clients
  • Negotiating effectively with customers for demo and promotion activities
  • Managing and developing the pastry sales team (2 employees)
  • Providing to the sales team with on field coaching and products training
  • Developing the sales KPIs and ensuring that the sales activities are in line with the company standards
  • Managing stocks and forecast for the pastry category
  • Managing the Aging Report effectively
  • Coordinating with relevant departments internally to ensure that all supports to sales team are provided timely and effectively
  • Building the relationship with our suppliers and taking the ownership of the brands in Vietnam
  • Preparing monthly meeting with our key suppliers to ensure the sales are in line with the forecast
  • Coordinating with suppliers to organize events, customer trainings and demos.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

   
  • At least 3-years’ experience in sales, having an experience in hospitality industry with a pastry background is a plus
  • Strong listening and persuasion skills
  • Approachable, enjoys interacting with people with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to remain calm under challenging situations and handle pressure, while solving problems
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
