COMPANY SUMMARY:
Our client is a young and upcoming gourmet distributor servicing 5-star hotels, restaurants and bakeries.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Managing customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions in a timely manner.
- Increasing the sales of our current customers
- Finding and contacting potential clients to establish new partnerships and prospection
- Developing quotations and contract proposals for clients
- Negotiating effectively with customers for demo and promotion activities
- Managing and developing the pastry sales team (2 employees)
- Providing to the sales team with on field coaching and products training
- Developing the sales KPIs and ensuring that the sales activities are in line with the company standards
- Managing stocks and forecast for the pastry category
- Managing the Aging Report effectively
- Coordinating with relevant departments internally to ensure that all supports to sales team are provided timely and effectively
- Building the relationship with our suppliers and taking the ownership of the brands in Vietnam
- Preparing monthly meeting with our key suppliers to ensure the sales are in line with the forecast
- Coordinating with suppliers to organize events, customer trainings and demos.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3-years’ experience in sales, having an experience in hospitality industry with a pastry background is a plus
- Strong listening and persuasion skills
- Approachable, enjoys interacting with people with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to remain calm under challenging situations and handle pressure, while solving problems
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
