Manpower is looking for talents working for a Oil & Gas Project in Vung Tau for these positions below:

ELECTRICAL DISCIPLINE

Senior Electrical Engineer:​

- Having from 5 years experience in relevant positions

- Must have experience about electrical system in Oil & Gas industrial.

- Develop design work, specification, requisition and ensure that all related deliverables are in compliance with the applicable codes, standards.

- Solid understanding of common electrical systems drawings, documentation and package (TBC/TBE/VDR), such as E-House, Gas Turbine Generator, Diesel Enginer Generator, HV/LV Switchgear/MCC, UPS system, Distribution Board, Navigational Aids system, E&I Equipment Layout, Single Line Diagram, Schematic Diagram, Block/Wiring Diagram, Electrical Layout, P&IDs, lighting plans, specification & datasheets, etc.

- Reviewing/Checking all Electrical drawings and document. Ensuring engineering, design quality, and technical accuracy of drawings, 2D/3D models, Material quantities, requisition, specification, calculations, and procedure.

- Ensure that design integrity is maintained through fabrication through correct handling of site queries and proper application of QA/QC processes.

- Ability to perform detailed design calculations, using appropriate software (ETAP) would be a plus.

Electrical Engineer:​

- Having from 3 years experience in relevant positions

- Must have experience about electrical system in Oil & Gas industrial / Offshore Substation.

- Develop design work, specification, requisition and ensure that all related deliverables are in compliance with the applicable codes, standards.

- Solid understanding of common electrical systems drawings, documentation and package (TBC/TBE/VDR), such as Bulk Materials (Lighting, Cable, Gland, Ladder/Tray, JB, SO, LCS, Steel Suppport, Earthing, Misc.), Electrical Layout (Lighting, Cable Routing, Ladder/Tray, MCT), Load List, Cable Schedule, Ex. Register, specification & datasheet, etc.

- Ability to perform detailed design calculations as Lighting, Cable sizing, UPS sizing, Main equipment sizing, using appropriate software (ETAP) or DIALUX would be a plus.

Senior Electrical Designer:​

- Having from 5 years experience in relevant positions

- Management and development of electrical drawings detailing the layout and installation of the electrical supporting infrastructure for the project, cable schedules and bulk material requisitions to support the project.

- Application of Industry standard CAD systems (AutoCAD / MicroStation) for the production of 2-D electrical drawings and 3-D modelling systems, such as PDS, PDMS or SP3D.

- Managing the development and checking of common electrical design drawings and deliverables including General Electrical Equipment Layouts including E&I Equipment Layouts, Lighting Layouts, Earthing Layouts, Lightning Layouts, Cable Routing, Cable Schedule, Electrical MTO, Schedule/JB termination/lighting & small power/ladder/tray, typical installation detail, support & Shop drawings, etc."

Electrical Designer:​

- Having from 3 years experience in relevant positions

- Independently work CAD platform for the 2D design and detail engineering of electrical system in Oil & Gas Industrial / Offshore Substation.

- Typical work scope for the Electrical design group includes: block & wiring diagrams, Layout/Schedule/JB termination/lighting & small power/ladder/tray, typical installation detail, support & Shop drawings, etc.

- Knowledge of Electrical Bulk materials to carry out design activities within an area of a project and ensure that the technical and safety integrity of the design is maintained and that the Company and Project procedures are adhered to.

- Ability to perform PDMS/E3D and DIALUX (Lighting) software would be a plus.

Senior Instrument Engineer:​

- Having from 5 years experience in relevant positions

- Must be Senior Instrument Engineer in Engineering Company in at least 2 successful projects in FEED/Detailed Design for Offshore Oil &Gas Platform.

Experience in preparing engineering design, specification, datasheet procument support and/or recommendations for variety of the following:

- Field Instrumentations, analyzers, metering system, HIPPS, etc…

- DCS, ESD, F&G Systems etc.

- PA/GA, Telecoms, Radio Systems, and Data Communication network

- Participant in SIL study workshop, HAZOP/HAZID workshop, etc…

- Hazardous area classification/regulation

- Integrating new control systems into existing platform systems (brown-field modification)

- Master in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc…), email and the internet.

- Basic in Autocad 2D.

- Familiar with other instrument specialized programs such as Intool (Smart Plant Tool), Instrucal, etc.

Instrument Engineer:​

- Having from 3 years experience in relevant positions

*Must be Instrument Engineer in Engineering Company in at least 1 successful projects in FEED/Detailed Design for Offshore Oil &Gas Platform.

*Experience in preparing engineering design, specification, datasheet, procument support and/or recommendations for variety of the following:

- Field Instrumentations, analyzers, etc…

- I/O list preparation

- Material Take Off

- Hazardous area classification/regulation

- Master in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc…), email and the internet.

- Basic in Autocad 2D.

- Familiar with other instrument specialized programs such as Intool (Smart Plant Tool), Instrucal, etc.

Senior Instrument Designer:

- Having from 5 years experience in relevant positions

- Must be Senior Instrument Designer in Engineering Company in at least 2 successful projects in FEED/Detailed Design for Offshore Oil &Gas Platform.

- Master in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc…), email and the internet.

- Master skill in Autocad 2D.

- Master skill in 3D Modelling (i.e PDMS, E3D, Naviswork).

Experience in preparing engineering design, specification and/or recommendations for variety of the following:

- Installation Specifications

- Bulk material specifications.

- Material Take Off (MTO) for bulk material.

- 3D Modelling (i.e PDMS, E3D)

- 3D Model Review workshop.

- Cable block, wiring, schedule, layout, routing, support detail, hook-up, etc."

Instrument/Telecom Designer:

- Having from 3 years experience in relevant positions

-Must be Instrument/Telecom Designer in Engineering Company in at least 1 successful project in FEED/Detailed Design for Offshore Oil &Gas Platform.

- Master in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), email and the internet.

- Master skill in Autocad 2D.

- Basis skill in 3D Modelling (i.e., PDMS, E3D, Naviswork)

Experience in preparing engineering design and/or recommendations for variety of the following:

- Material Take Off (MTO) for bulk material.

- 3D Modelling (i.e PDMS, E3D).

- Cable block, wiring, schedule, layout, routing, support detail, hook-up, etc."

Telecom Engineer

- Having from 3 years experience in relevant positions

Must be Telecom Engineer in Engineering Company in at least 1 successful projects in FEED/Detailed Design for Offshore Oil &Gas Platform.

Experience in preparing engineering design, specification, datasheet, procument support and/or recommendations for variety of the following:

- PA/GA, Telecoms, Radio Systems, and Data Communication network

- Familiar with telecom specialized programs such as Path Loss V4, CADNA, etc…

- Material Take Off

- Hazardous area classification/regulation

- Master in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc…), email and the internet.

- Basic in Autocad 2D.

Senior Static Engineer

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from a Vietnamese or International university. Major in Oil & Gas Engineering is highly desired.

- At least 05 years of experience in Oil & Gas Engineering as a Senior/ Lead Mechanical Engineer in Oil & Gas Engineering Company.

- Good performance in FEED, Detail engineering project as Mechanical principal engineer.

- Have experience in FEED and Detail engineering project for various type of Mechanical package i.e. rotating machineries, Static equipment, process equipment…

- Proficiency in Mechanical engineering problem solving.

- Has basis knowledge about international standards relevant to Mechanical and Oil & Gas Engineering such as ISO, API, ASME.

Mechanical Engineer

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from a Vietnamese or International university. Major in Oil & Gas Engineering is highly desired.

- At least 03 years of experience in Oil & Gas Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer in Oil & Gas Engineering Company.

- Good basis knowledge in Mechanical equipment that shall be designed / fabricated in Offshore Platform or Onshore Refinery.

- Have basis experience in Detail engineering project for various type of Mechanical package i.e. Rotating Equipment, Static Equipment and Full Process Package.

- Proficiency in Mechanical engineering problem solving.

- Has basis knowledge about international standards relevant to Mechanical and Oil & Gas Engineering such as ISO, API, ASME.

HVAC Designer

- Has at least 03 years of experience in Oil & Gas Engineering as a HVAC Designer in Oil & Gas Engineering Company.

- Has understanding of HVAC section in oil & gas field.

- Has the thorough knowledge and the applying ability of the company’s organizing and producing procedures.

- Has professional working attitude and requiring mind.

- Seize regulations and rules of the Company, the Corporation, the Group and the Vietnamese Government laws.
